Ingredients

  • 4 c. minced rhubarb
  • 1 x (3 oz) package strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 pkt yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 3/4 c. melted butter, no substitute

Directions

  1. Sprinkle ingredients in a 9-13 pan in order listed. Don't MIX. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes or possibly till rhubarb is tender. Serve with whipped topping.
