Ingredients: 1/2 c. shortening; 1 1/2 c. sugar or possibly syrup; 2 large eggs; 1 7/8 c. flour; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 4 T cocoa; 1 T warm water or possibly coffee; 1 teaspoon red coloring; 1 c. sour lowfat milk or possibly buttermilk (or possibly 1/2 c. lowfat milk if syrup is used)

2 large eggs
1 7/8 c. flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 T cocoa
1 T warm water or possibly coffee
1 teaspoon red coloring
1 c. sour lowfat milk or possibly buttermilk (or possibly 1/2 c. lowfat milk if syrup is used)

Directions

Beat sugar and shortening. Add in 1/2 cup flour. Add in large eggs, cocoa mix and flour and soda with sour lowfat milk. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 min.
