Directions

  1. Put together beans and tomatoes in 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread evenly. Put together remaining ingredients; mix well. Arrange in 3 rows down center of filling. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min. Remove from oven. Drop biscuits by tablespoonfuls into 2 rows between rows of beef.
  2. Put together flour, baking pwdr and dip. Fold in mixing bowl. Add in oil and lowfat milk; stir till all dry particles are moistened.Bake 20-25 min longer.
