  • 4 lb Lean Grnd Beef
  • 1/4 c. Morton Tender Quick Salt
  • 2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tsp Liquid Smooke
  • 1 tsp Garlic Pwdr

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine grnd beef and quick salt. Mix and leave overnight in the refrigerator. Next day add in pepper, liquid smoke and garlic pwdr.
  2. Mix well, divide into 3 rolls. Bake at 225 F for 4 hrs on broiler pan on lower rack in oven. Wrap in paper towels to absorb grease. Chill or possibly freeze.
