  2. Mix all above. Bake in two 9 inch pans at 350 degrees for thirty min. Cold on wire rack. (Cut into four layers or possibly leave as two large layers.)
  3. Frost with fluffy butter frosting Or possibly cream cheese frosting.
  4. Fluffy Butter Frosting:Mix flour and lowfat milk and cook till thick, stirring constantly with wire whisk. Cold.
  5. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla till fluffy.
  6. Add in lowfat milk mix and blend well. Spread on cake layers.
  7. Cream Cheese FrostingCream the first four ingredients till well blended. Stir in pecans. Spread on cake.
