  1. Cream butter and brown sugar in the mixer. Add in Large eggs and pumpkin and mix a couple min. Add in remaining ingredients and beat till smooth. Spread mix in a 9 X 13 pan sprayed with nonstick spray and bake at 350F for 35-40 min.
  2. NOTES : This is very good. I wish I could give proper credit for this recipe, but I cannot remember where I found it.
