  • 1 box warm roll mix, follow directions on box
  • 3 fingers full sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. flour

Directions

  1. Mix warm roll mix (follow directions on box) first. Add in sugar and egg to mix knead together. Sprinkle flour on top of dough and cover for 1 hour.
  2. While dough is raising peel 5 potatoes and dice onion. Cut potatoes into small cubes. Mix potatoes and onions together. Add in sufficient water to cover both in pot and boil till potatoes are soft. Cut cheese into small cubes. Add in to potatoes and onions after you drain your potatoes. Beat potato and cheese mix together till smooth. let cold. Roll out dough to fit a cookie sheet. Place filling into middle of dough and roll out. Make sure ends are squeezed together. Bake at 350 degrees till golden. Put butter on top after baked.
