Directions

  1. Measure all ingredients carefully into bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer.
  2. Select basic/white bread cycle. Use medium or possibly light crust color. Don't use delay cycles. Remove baked bread from pan, and cold on wire rack.
  3. Note: for a stronger garlic flavor, add in 1/4 tsp. garlic pwdr with the sugar.
  4. Makes a 2 lb. loaf
