Ingredients

  • 4 slc Pork loin, (2 ounces each)
  • 1 Tbsp. Fine minced onion
  •     Flour as needed for dredging
  •     Chef salt to taste
  • 1 ounce Butter or possibly extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 ounce Berries Inferno sauce
  • 1/2 ounce Chambord liquor

Directions

  1. Cut pork loin into 2 ounce. slices. Season with Chef salt. Dredge in flour.
  2. Heat skillet and add in butter or possibly oil. Saute/fry pork about 2 min on each side and remove. Add in onions, flambe with Chambord liquor. Add in inferno sauce.
  3. Heat and serve over pork.
