Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Pepper
- 1 sm. clove garlic
Directions
- Trim fat from meat. Beat the meat flat. Cut into crosswise 1 inch strips. Measure the oil and lemon juice into a bowl and season with pepper. Peel and crush the garlic and mix with lemon juice. Marinate the pork for 30 min.
