Directions

  1. Combine onion, bouillon, water and lemon juice in skillet large sufficient to hold fish in single layer. Bring to a boil. Add in salmon and simmer tightly covered about 10 min, or possibly till fish flakes easily with a fork.
  2. In small saucepan, heat butter over medium heat and saute/fry minced onion till tender, about 3 min. Stir in flour, dill weed, pepper. Add in lowfat milk, mixing well. Heat till mix boils and thickens, about 2 min, stirring constantly. Pour sauce over salmon and serve.
