Directions

  1. Cover bottom of 9 x 9 inch square pan or possibly 8 x 11 inch pan with 1/3 corn bread mix.
  2. Mix together and spread in pan on top of corn bread batter; add in remainder of corn bread batter.Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Stand for 10 min before cutting.
  3. Top with quick hollandaise sauce:
  4. 2 pkgs R.Tablespoons. French hollandaise sauce mix, using chicken broth/stock instead of water; when sauce starts to thicken add in 1 1/2 cups cubed ham and 1 1/2 cups cubed chicken.
  5. To serve: Cut corn bread into squares and serve with sauce over top.
