Ingredients

  • 1 x Pan corn bread
  • 1 pt Mayonnaise
  • 2 stalk celery, minced
  • 1 lrg Bell pepper, minced
  • 1 can Minced pimientos, small
  • 1 c. Minced green onions and stalks
  • 1/2 c. Pecans, texas
  • 1 lrg Tomato, diced
  • 1 x 16 oz ca beer
  • 1 whl chicken Lemon pepper

Directions

  1. How to Prepare Corn Bread Salad:1. Crumble corn bread into bowl.
  2. 2. Mix all ingredients and stir.
  3. 3. Place in refrigerator to chill.
  4. How to Prepare Drunk Chicken:1. Cut the whole top off the can of beer. Pour out, or possibly drink, 1/3 of the liquid, leaving 2/3 can of beer.
  5. 2. Pat lemon pepper all over the chicken, inside and out, then slip the cavity of the chicken down over the beer can.
  6. 3. Cook the chicken in a covered smoker or possibly oven at 250 F for two hrs. Chicken will be done when you can pull the leg off easily.
