Ingredients
- 1 pound Oreo cookies
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 gal. pink peppermint ice cream (or possibly other flavor)
- 5 frzn Butterfingers
Directions
- Crush cookies and Butterfingers. Pour melted butter over this mix. Put half of the mix in the bottom of 9"x13" pan to create a crust. Spread ice cream over this. You may want to use a mixer to soften the ice cream so it will spread easily. Press remaining crumbs on top. Freeze.
