  1. Combine the dry angel food cake mix with the can of undrained pineapple. Beat with an electric mixer, 1 minute. Turn into an UNGREASED 9 x 13" baking pan and bake at the temperature indicated on the package for 25 to 30 min, till lightly browned. You may test it with a toothpick, inserted in the middle, to ensure which it is done. Invert, resting the corners of the pan on 4 cans of equal height till cooled.
