- 1 lrg Onion, finely minced
- 2 med Tomatoes, finely minced
- 3 x Cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/4 c. Finely minced cilantro
- 1/4 c. Oil
- 3 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
Directions
- Combine ingredients and mix well. Allow refrigerated sauce to come to room temperature before serving.
