Ingredients
2 c. C.
6 x Serrano or possibly Jalapeno chiles, stems and seeds removed,
Finely minced
1 lrg Onion, finely minced
2 med Tomatoes, finely minced
3 x Cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4 c. Finely minced cilantro
1/4 c. Oil
3 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
Directions
Combine ingredients and mix well. Allow refrigerated sauce to come to room temperature before serving.
