Ingredients

  • 2 c. C.
  • 6 x Serrano or possibly Jalapeno chiles, stems and seeds removed,
  •     Finely minced
  • 1 lrg Onion, finely minced
  • 2 med Tomatoes, finely minced
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1/4 c. Finely minced cilantro
  • 1/4 c. Oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients and mix well. Allow refrigerated sauce to come to room temperature before serving.
