Ingredients
- 3 1/2-4 pound whole chicken
- 2-3 cloves garlic">garlic or possibly garlic">garlic pwdr to taste
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Wipe chicken inside and out after rinsing. Rub with cut cloves or possibly garlic pwdr. Squeeze lemon juice inside and all over chicken. Rub with salt. Place on rack in roasting pan. Roast at 350 degrees for 20 min for each lb.. The last half hour, baste several times with pan juices. Let stand 10 min before serving. Juicy and delicious.
