Ingredients
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1 quart. peppermint stick ice cream
Directions
- Combine Rice Krispies, butter, and chocolate chips. Mold into a 10 inch pie tin to make the crust. Fill with ice cream. Top with shaved bitter sweet chocolate.
