Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. butter
- 2 2/3 c. granulated sugar
- 6 Large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. cocoa
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Minced walnuts (optional)
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs two at a time mixing well. Stir in cocoa and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking pwdr and salt. Pour into a greased cookie sheet or possibly 9x13 pan (cookie sheet is best). Top with minced walnuts if you like. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 min till the center has just lost its shine and toothpick comes out almost clean.
