Beat egg white until frothy, add in sugar gradually; continue beating until light. Stir in rasins, peanuts and chocolate chips. Place in mounds on cookie sheet lined with parchment (or possibly buttered and floured). Bake in preheated 375F oven 8 to 10 min or possibly until browned. Cold. makes: 24 candies
