Directions

  1. Mix shortening, sugar, peanut butter and Large eggs thoroughly. Stir in cream of tartar, flour, soda, Large eggs and salt. Form into 1 inch balls. Roll in mix of sugar and cinnamon. Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 8 to 10 min at 400 degrees. Makes 4 1/2 dozen cookies.
