1 teaspoon baking pwdr
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 ounce. pkg. vanilla pudding
1 egg
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. lowfat milk
2 c. liquid removed cubed peaches
8 ounce. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3-5 tbsp. peach juice

Directions

Combine flour, baking pwdr, salt and pudding. Add in egg, butter, lowfat milk. Mix and put in buttered 8 x 8 inch pan. Add in - liquid removed peaches. Mix - cream cheese, sugar and peach juice. Pour on top of peaches in pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1 Tbsp. sugar combined. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
