Ingredients
- 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. minced pecans
- 2 (16 ounce.) cans yams, liquid removed
- 16 ounce. can peach slices, liquid removed
- 2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Directions
- Combine sugar, flour and nutmeg. Cut in butter till mix resembles coarse crumbs. Add in nuts. In 1 1/2 qt casserole layer 1/2 of yams, peaches, sugar mix and 1 c. marshmallows. Repeat layers of yams, peaches and sugar mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Sprinkle top with remaining marshmallows. Broil till lightly browned.
