Ingredients
- 2 ounce Parmesan cheese
- 2 ounce Romano cheese
- 2 x Cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/2 med Onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. Cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. Radishes, thinly sliced
- Â Â Mixed salad greens
Directions
- Put in food procsessor, cheeses, garlic,parsley,salt & pepper mix. Now add in vinegar, lemon juice, water and honey and mix well. It should have a slightly thick grain texture. Put onions , cucumber and radishes in with the mixed salad greens then spoon dressing on and mix.
