  • 4 Bone in Pork Chops
  • 1/4 cup Onion Soup Mix
  • S & P to taste
  • 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Pre Heat Oven 375 F
  2. (Using a non stick baking sheet pan)
  3. On a plate add Onion soup Mix and bread crumbs mix well, coat each pork chop and place on the baking sheet pan, cover with aluminum foil and place into the hot oven and bake for 40 minutes (undisturbed).
  4. We love this with zucchini-yellow squash and carrot sticks sautéed in lemon butter, you choose any side dishes you love and enjoy

    Hi Laka, many people use the mixes in dips especially. One, they are high in sodium content often, I do not use them too often. When mixing with bread crumbs it lowers the sodium content a great deal but still adds flavor. I suppose you could use onion flakes (dried) as a substitute? Are they available in your area? xx Cheryl

      Great! Easy and quick! I use ready-made soup mixes very, very rarely and here we do not have onion soup mix - strange as it may seem!
