Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream sugar and butter. Add in large eggs; beat well. Put together dry ingredients. Add in alternately with lowfat milk to batter. Mix in berries. Grease 3 (8") cake pans or possibly bundt pan. Bake 30 min for layers, 45 min for bundt. Cool and ice cake.
  2. Put together all ingredients and beat till fluffy.
