Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 4 c. light cream
- 1 c. heavy cream
Directions
- Combine sugar, cocoa, flour, and salt in medium saucepan. Stir in lowfat milk and Large eggs. Cook and stir till mix simmers. Remove from heat; blend in vanilla, light cream, and heavy cream. Chill. Freeze in ice cream freezer.
- Makes 3 qts.
