Directions

  1. Soak oats in lowfat milk till moisture is absorbed. Add in salad oil, egg, brown sugar and blueberries and mix thoroughly.
  2. Mix together flour, soda, cinnamon, cloves, baking pwdr, salt, allspice and nurmeg and add in to oat mix. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Fill greased muffin c. 2/3 full. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 min till golden. Serve warm.
