Directions

  1. Put together applesauce, oil, and beaten egg. Put together and mix all dry ingredients. Mix nuts, raisins, and dates. Add in to dry ingredients to coat them. Add in wet ingredients and mix well by hand but don't beat. With all ingredients blended, pour into well greased loaf pan. Fill very full as cake does not rise. Bake at 325 degrees for about 50 min.
