Ingredients
- 3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked, liquid removed and mashed (about 3 lg. potatoes)
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 stick butter melted
- 1/2 c. nuts, minced
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Directions
- Mix all above together, pour into casserole and set aside.
- Fold in order given. Carefully spoon and spread this topping on the top of the potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
