  • slaw:
  • 1/4c thinly sliced red onion in half moons
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 lbs green cabbage outer leaves and core discarded and very thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot peeled and julienned
  • 1/3 c chopped cilantro
  • 1 fresh red chili minced and seeded
  • vinaigrette:
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • kosher salt and pepper

Directions

  1. make the slaw
  2. for the vinaigreeet add all ingredients to a little jar with lid and shake. Pour over slaw and toss well
