Ingredients
- 1 pkt White cake mix
- 1 pkt Instant chocolate pudding
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Oil
- 2/3 c. Vodka
- 1/4 c. Coffee liqueur
- 1/4 c. Powdered sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 . Grease and flour bundt cake pan, shaking out excess.
- Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl and beat thoroughly. Pour into pan. Bake till tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 50-60 mins. Let cold 5 min in pan, then invert onto rack. Blend 1/4 c. coffee liqueur with powdered sugar in small bowl till smooth. Drizzle proportionately over hot cake.
