- 1/2 c. Shortening
- 2 x Large eggs, well beaten
- 2 c. Minus
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Soda
- 1 c. Buttermilk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 4 Tbsp. (level) cocoa
- 1 tsp Red cake coloring
- 2 Tbsp. Coffee
Directions
- Cream sugar and shortening, add in Large eggs, add in flour in that soda and salt have been added; add in lowfat milk, vanilla and paste. Bake in two greased and lightly floured cake pans at 350 degrees.
