2 x Large eggs, well beaten
2 c. Minus
2 Tbsp. Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Soda
1 c. Buttermilk
1 tsp Vanilla
4 Tbsp. (level) cocoa
1 tsp Red cake coloring
2 Tbsp. Coffee

Directions

Cream sugar and shortening, add in Large eggs, add in flour in that soda and salt have been added; add in lowfat milk, vanilla and paste. Bake in two greased and lightly floured cake pans at 350 degrees.
