Directions

  1. Brown grnd beef, onion and add in cumin; mix with cheese. Grease 12 inch pan (iron frying pan is best). Sprinkle with cornmeal and place in stove to get hot. Place 1/2 cornmeal mix in pan, add in meat and cheese. Top with remaining cornmeal mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 min.
