Directions

  1. Cook chicken (boil) till tender, remove from bone. Cut and place pcs in a 13x9 dish.
  2. In a saucepan mix and bring to a boil broth and soup. In another bowl combine butter, flour and lowfat milk. Mix thoroughly to create batter. Pour broth mix over chicken. Pour batter over top, spread proportionately. Bake 425 degrees 25 to 30 min. Delicious and easy.
