  • 1 3/4 c. Mango puree ( from 4 mangos
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 3/4 c. Of lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Mango Cream Ice Cream
  2. Blend mango puree, lime juice and sugar and chill. Beat smooth and stir in lowfat sour cream. Freee in an ice-cream maker.
  3. Makes 1 quart.
