Ingredients
- 1 c. Quick-Cooking Oats
- 1/2 c. Whole-Wheat Flour
- 1/2 c. Packed Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Grnd Cinnamon
- 6 Tbsp. Chilled Stick Margarine Cut Into Pcs
- 6 c. Bartlett Pears Peeled And Cut
- 1/2 c. Dry Cranberries
- 1/4 c. Packed Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Grnd Cardamom Vanilla Frzn Yogurt Optional
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F.Combine first 4 ingredients; cut in margarine with a pastry blender or possibly 2 knives till mix resembles coarse meal. Set aside. Combine pears, cranberries, 1/4 c. brown sugar, and cardamom in a 13X9 inch baking dish; toss well. Sprinkle with oats mix. Bake at 375F for 30 min or possibly till pears are tender.
