Directions

  1. Put 2 Tbsp. peanut oil in wok or possibly frying pan. Saute/fry shrimp and garlic till done. Remove from pan. Put 2 Tbsp. peanut oil in pan and saute/fry broccoli, carrots, pea pods and water chestnuts till tender. Add in shrimp and garlic.
  2. Dissolve cornstarch in water then add in soy sauce, Karo and pepper flakes. Pour sauce in with shrimp and vegetables and stir till sauce thickens. Serve with white rice.
