Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound shrimp, precooked and diced
  • 3 boneless chicken breasts, baked and diced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 pound pea pods
  • 1 pkg. pasta, cooked
  • 1 (16 ounce.) jar grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 pt. of half and half lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Saute/fry vegetables in oil till tender. Add in chicken, shrimp and pasta, cook 10 min. In small saucepan heat lowfat milk, gradually add in cheese. Cook till slightly thicken. Add in lowfat milk mix to vegetable mix, mix thoroughly and simmer for 15 min. Serve 12.
