Directions

  1. Combine ingredients for seasoned flour in a medium size bowl; set aside.
  2. Combine egg yolk and beer or possibly water. Add in gradually to dry batter ingredients.
  3. Heat Crisco to 365 in deep saucepan or possibly deep fryer to a depth of 2 inches. Moisten chicken pcs. Dip in seasoned flour, then batter, then back into seasoned flour. Fry in warm Crisco 15-18 min. Drain on paper towels.
