Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce, torn to bite size pcs
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 head cauliflower, raw, bite size pcs
- 1 pound bacon, fried crisp, liquid removed, crumbled
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a very large bowl layer lettuce, onion, cauliflower and bacon. Mix together mayonnaise, sugar and cheese. Season to taste. Pour this dressing over salad, cover tightly. Chill overnight. Toss before serving. Serves 8 to 12.
