Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 egg
- 1 piece bread
- 1 lg. tomato, minced
- Italian seasoning
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 3 tbsp. lowfat milk
- Parsley
- Salt & pepper
Directions
- Mix all of the above ingredients into a large bowl. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 min. Take out of oven. With large butcher knife, slice off top half of meatloaf. Spread with cheese, put top back on. Bake 15 more min. Yummy!
