Ingredients

  • 2 x Skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 x Egg white
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced onion
  • 1 c. Corn flakes
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Dry rosemary
  • 1 tsp Dry oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Dry thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Dry marjoram Salt, pepper and paprika to taste.

Directions

  1. Note : the herbs are optional.
  2. 1. Beat the whites and lowfat milk to combine. Add in garlic, onion, salt and pepper.
  3. 2. Place chicken in this lowfat milk mix and let stand 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  4. 3. In food processor, process corn flakes along with herbs, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir into flour.
  5. 4. Remove breasts from lowfat milk and coat with corn flakes mix.
  6. 5. Place in a baking dish and bake 40 min in 350 d. oven.
  7. 6. Serve topped with lemon wedges.
