Lemon Herbed Chicken Recipe

  • 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. Ketchup or possibly chili sauce
  • 2 x Tablspoons lemon juice
  • 2 x Tablspoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Marjoram leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme leaves
  • 3 lb Broiler chicken pcs, (with or possibly without skin), rinsed and dry
  • 5 c. Kellogs Corn Flakes , crushed Vegetable cooking spray


  1. 1.In large mixing bowl, stir together oil, ketchup, lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, pepper and herbs. Add in chicken and turn to coat. Cover and chill several hrs, spooning marinade over chicken.
  2. 2.Place Kellogg's CORN FLAKES cereal in shallow dish or possibly pan. Drain chicken pcs slightly. Coat with cereal. Place in single layer, skin side up, in shallow pan coated with vegetable cooking spray.
  3. 3.Bake at 350 F about 1 hour, or possibly till chicken is tender, no longer pink, and juices run clear. Don't cover pan or possibly turn chicken while baking.
