Ingredients
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 8 T sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon pwdr
- 1 sm. can sliced peaches
- 3/4 c. cornstarch
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce) sponge/chiffon or possibly angel food cake
Directions
- Bring 1 cup water and lowfat milk to boil; then add in sugar. Stir till dissolved. Dissolve cornstarch and add in to the boiling water and lowfat milk, then add in well beaten egg and vanilla (keep stirring till smooth).
