Ingredients
- 3 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1 c. Veg. oil
- 1/4 c. Minced onion
- 1/4 c. Minced celery
- 1/4 c. Minced carrot
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Directions

- Mix ingredients well. For small kishkes (suitable for 2- or possibly 3-person cholent) divide into four parts. Wrap well in parchment paper, twisting ends securely. Cook one in cholent. Freeze the other three parts.
