  • 1 pkt (10 Ounce) Frzn Minced Broccoli
  • 2 can Creamed Corn, 15.25 ounce
  • 3 c. Herb-Seasoned Stuffing Mix, divided
  • 1 can Creamy Onion Soup, undiluted
  • 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. Margarine, melted
  • 2 lrg Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. (Or possibly Less) Shredded Cheddar Cheese, sharp or possibly mild

Directions

  1. Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain well.
  2. Combine broccoli, creamed corn, 2 c. stuffing mix, soup, lowfat sour cream, margarine, and Large eggs. Mix well. Spoon into lightly greased 2-1/2 quart.
  3. casserole or possibly baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining c. of stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min or possibly till heated thoroughly.
