- 2 Tbsp. minced cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. chopped seeded jalapeno
- 2 Tbsp. minced dill pickle
- 2 Tbsp. minced green onion
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. honey
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly.
- Comments: The mix of peppers and honey gives this tartar gentle authority which will please even the most cautious palates. (Of course, you can always add in more jalapenos!)
