Ingredients: 3/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil; 1/2 c. Red wine vinegar; 1 Tbsp. Grated parmesan or possibly romano, c; 1 x Clove garlic, chopped; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1/2 tsp Sugar; 1/2 tsp Dry oregano; 1 pch Pepper

Directions

In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well.
Chill. Shake well again before serving over greens.
Yields: 1 1/4 c.
